Legends Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Legends Loyalty Program ("Program") operated by the Dalby Leagues Club ABN 33 197 846 466 ("the Club"). By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Membership in the Program is open to financial members of the Dalby Leagues Club aged 18 years and over.

  • Only individuals may join. One membership per person is permitted.

  • Program participation is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash (except where expressly permitted).

2. Earning Points

  • Members earn Status Points and Reward Points when using their membership card during eligible transactions at the Club.

  • Points are earned as follows:

    • Gaming Machine Turnover: $6 = 1 Status Point | $10 = 1 Reward Point

    • Food & Beverage Spend: $1 = 1 Status Point | $1 = 1 Reward Point

  • Points are not earned on purchases made using Reward Points, promotional offers, or complimentary items.

  • Points may not be credited retroactively for transactions where the member card was not swiped at the time of purchase or play.

3. Redeeming Reward Points

  • Reward Points can be redeemed for:

    • Food and beverage at the bar or bistro

    • Gift cards and selected venue promotions

    • Daily bonuses and kiosk rewards

  • Reward Points are redeemed at a rate of 100 points = $1 in value.

  • Redemption is subject to availability and may be subject to additional conditions or blackout dates at the Club’s discretion.

4. Tier Status & Benefits

  • Status Tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are based on Status Points earned over a rolling 3-month period.

  • Tier reviews are conducted monthly. Downgrades or upgrades may apply without prior notice.

  • Benefits vary by tier and may include food discounts, birthday bonuses, event invitations, and free meals as outlined in the Program brochure.

  • The Club reserves the right to alter or remove tier benefits at any time without prior notice.

5. Expiry & Forfeiture

  • Reward Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

  • Unused Reward Points will be forfeited if not redeemed within this period.

  • Points are forfeited upon cessation of membership, barring reinstatement within 30 days (at the Club’s sole discretion).

6. Program Changes & Termination

  • The Club may suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes may include (but are not limited to) earning structures, redemption values, tier thresholds, and eligibility criteria.

  • Where practical, material changes will be notified via the Club’s website or venue signage.

7. Privacy

  • The Club collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on our website.

  • Members’ data will be used to administer the Program, communicate offers and benefits, and improve service delivery.

8. General

  • All decisions made by the Club regarding point allocations, redemptions, and tier placements are final.

  • Any misuse of the Program, tampering, or fraudulent activity may result in membership termination and point forfeiture.

  • The Club is not responsible for technical or system errors that may affect point accrual or redemption.

9. Responsible Gambling

  • The Program is designed to reward patronage, not to encourage excessive gambling. Members are reminded to play responsibly.
