Dalby Leagues Club Cruise Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Dalby Leagues Club Cruise Promotion (“Promotion”) run in conjunction with Royal Caribbean Cruises. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which are final and binding in all respects.

 

1. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open exclusively to current financial members of Dalby Leagues Club aged 18 years and over.

  • Kids Memberships are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for entry.

  • Individuals who are not members may become eligible by joining the Club during the promotional period, subject to standard membership terms and age requirements.

  • Club employees, management, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

 

2. Promotion Period

  • Entries open at 10:00am on Monday, 1 July 2025 and close at 6:59pm on the day of the draw.

  • The Draw will take place at Dalby Leagues Club from 7:00pm on 03rd July, 17th July, 31st July, 14th August, 28th August.

 

3. How to Enter

Eligible members may earn entries during the promotional period through the following methods:

  • Food & Beverage: One (1) entry per transaction of $10 or more at the bar or bistro using a valid membership card.

  • Gaming Machines: One (1) entry per $20 turnover on eligible gaming machines with membership card correctly inserted and active.

  • Kiosk Swipe: One (1) entry per daily swipe at the DLC Rewards Kiosk using a valid membership card.

Entries are automatically recorded and allocated electronically via the Dalby Leagues Club membership system.

4. Draw Conditions

  • The Draw will take place at Dalby Leagues Club from 7:00pm on 03rd July, 17th July, 31st July, 14th August, 28th August.

  • Winner must be physically present at the time of the draw to claim the prize. No proxies, phone calls, or late arrivals will be accepted.

  • If the drawn winner is not present, a redraw will take place immediately. This process will continue until a present and eligible winner is confirmed.

 

5. Prize

  • The Prize is a Royal Caribbean cruise holiday package, as detailed in promotional materials.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Dalby Leagues Club and Royal Caribbean reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

 

6. General Conditions

  • All entries are subject to audit and verification. Dalby Leagues Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including misuse of membership cards or falsifying transactions.

  • Any system malfunction, electronic failure, or human error affecting the integrity of the draw will result in immediate suspension of the Promotion until the issue is resolved.

  • The Club’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

 

7. Liability

  • Dalby Leagues Club, its employees, and promotional partners, including Royal Caribbean, accept no responsibility for:

    • Technical failures or errors beyond the Club’s control;

    • Loss, theft, or damage to any prize after handover;

    • Any liability resulting from participation in the prize (including travel, insurance, or passport requirements).

 

8. Privacy

  • Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

  • Winner’s name and image may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and in-venue marketing, without compensation.

 

9. Changes or Cancellation

  • Dalby Leagues Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, alter the Promotion, or cancel it entirely at any time without prior notice due to operational, security, or legal considerations.
